Windy Knoll Tree Farm

Windy Knoll Tree Farm is located in Eastern Lewis County which has the finest Christmas tree growing soil and conditions in the Northwest, and specifically Washington State.

The Tree Farm is owned and operated by Ron and Dorothy Palmer since it was established in 1979.

Windy Knoll has an annual harvest of 15,000 to 20,000 trees with staggered plantings to optimize our production. We grow Noble Fir, Nordman Fir, Fraser Fir, Douglas Fir, Grand Fir, and Korean Fir. We also have wreath material available -- Incense and Port Orchard Cedar as well as Noble fir boughs.

We have been involved in all phases of tree growing from collecting our own seed to managing retail lots in the southern California area. We’ve operated our own tree lot in Lynwood, Washington for the last nine years. This experience makes us very much aware of what the consumer needs and helps us produce better trees for the market.
